Who we are

This website is operated by Infinitum Data Pty Ltd (ABN 16 666 686 219), referred to here as “Infinitum Data”, “we” or “us”. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and in the course of our business.

What we collect

  • Information you send us. Our contact form does not store anything on this website. It opens your own email app with a message addressed to sales@infinitumdata.com.au. If you send it, we receive what you include, typically your name, company, email address and message.
  • Analytics information, only with your consent. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type.
  • Business contact information you give us when we discuss or deliver services.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and discuss our services.
  • To deliver and manage services you engage us for.
  • To understand and improve how this website is used, where you have consented to analytics.

We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and Google Analytics

Google Analytics only loads after you click “Accept” on the cookie banner. If you click “Decline”, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Google Analytics is provided by Google, which may process this information outside your country. Your choice is stored in your browser.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our email and analytics providers, and with delivery partners where needed to provide services you have engaged us for. Some of these providers may store or process information outside Australia.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing sales@infinitumdata.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may be able to contact the privacy regulator in your country; in Australia, that is the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
